Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of credits for Rakora AI. Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.
Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund on a credit package purchase under the following conditions:
- You have not used any credits from the purchased package.
- Your refund request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
If any credits from the package have been used, we are unable to issue a refund. We encourage you to make sure you are happy with the app using the initial free credits before making a purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to prashant@kikani.in with the subject line "Refund Request".
In the body of the email, please include the following information:
- The email address associated with your Rakora AI account.
- The purchase receipt or transaction ID for the credit package.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your request and verify that the credits from the package have not been used, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
