Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription purchases made on the Rakora mobile application (the "App"), which is owned and operated by Kikani Komal Prashant (doing business as "Rakora", and referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). We want you to be satisfied with your Pro subscription. Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.

Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund on a subscription purchase under the following conditions:

  • Your refund request is made within 3 days of the purchase date.

After the 3-day period, we are unable to issue a refund. We encourage you to explore the free version of the app to ensure it meets your needs before purchasing a Pro subscription.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to prashant@kikani.in with the subject line "Refund Request".

In the body of the email, please include the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Rakora account.
  • The purchase receipt or transaction ID for the subscription.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your request and confirm it is within the 3-day refund period, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
