We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any content or behavior that facilitates Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Protecting children is a core responsibility, and we are dedicated to implementing and upholding the highest standards of safety on our platform.

Our app, Rakora AI, allows users to interact with various AI personas. While our service is designed for a general audience, we recognize the importance of robust safety measures to prevent misuse and protect vulnerable users, especially children.

Published Standards Against CSAE

Rakora AI explicitly prohibits the creation, sharing, or promotion of any content or engagement in any activity that constitutes or promotes CSAE. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Any depiction, solicitation, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Grooming, which involves building a relationship with a child with the intent to sexually exploit them.
• Sextortion, which involves coercing a child into providing sexual content or acts through threats or manipulation.
• Any form of child trafficking for sexual purposes.
• Any other content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

These prohibitions are an integral part of our Privacy Policy and overall terms of service. Violation of these standards will result in immediate action, including but not limited to account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

In-App Reporting and Moderation

Rakora AI provides users with an in-app mechanism to report any content or behavior they find concerning, inappropriate, or believe may violate our child safety standards. We encourage users to utilize these reporting tools promptly.

Our team reviews user reports and actively monitors for content that may violate our policies. We employ a combination of automated detection tools and human review to identify and address potential CSAE content or behavior.

Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Rakora AI is committed to taking appropriate and swift action upon becoming aware of any CSAM on our platform. This includes:

• Removing the offending content immediately.
• Terminating the account(s) responsible for posting or sharing CSAM.
• Preserving evidence related to the CSAM for law enforcement purposes.
• Reporting the CSAM and associated user information to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities, in accordance with applicable laws.

Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Rakora AI is committed to complying with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where our app is available. We continuously review and update our policies and practices to align with legal requirements and industry best practices for child protection.

This includes cooperation with law enforcement agencies and authorized bodies in investigations related to CSAE and other child safety concerns.

Age Restrictions and Parental Guidance

While Rakora AI is not primarily targeted at children, we implement age-gating measures where appropriate and encourage parents and guardians to be actively involved in their children's online activities. Our Privacy Policy outlines our approach to children's data and states that our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold if required by applicable law).
