Rakora AI allows users to interact with various AI personas, customize their personalities and moods, and listen to their unique voices. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:

Personal Account Data: When you register for an account using your Google account, we collect your Google user identifier and any information Google makes available to us based on your Google account settings and permissions. New users receive an initial 25 free credits. If you participate in our referral program, we collect information related to the referral code used to link your account with the referrer, ensuring both parties receive their bonus credits.
User-Generated Content: We collect the text messages you send and the images you upload when interacting with the AI personas within the App.
AI Interaction Data: We collect your choices of AI personas (from a selection of 13 unique personas) and the specific settings you apply to their personality and mood parameters (e.g., Humor, Dominance, Current Energy, Romantic, Anger, Kindness, Intelligence, with values from -5 to 5). This information is crucial for the App to provide personalized AI responses and voice characteristics.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the App. This includes the features you use, the AI personas you interact with most, the frequency and duration of your sessions, your interactions with the AI voice feature, and information related to your credit usage.
Credit and Transaction Information: We collect information related to your credit balance, including the initial 25 free credits for new users, credits earned through referrals (25 for both referrer and referred user), and credits obtained via in-app purchases. When you make in-app purchases to add more credits, transaction details are processed by the respective app store (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store), and we receive confirmation of the purchase to update your credit balance. We do not directly store your payment card details.
Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

Create and manage your account, including authentication via your Google account.
Provide the core functionality of the App, including generating AI responses based on your text messages, image uploads, and personality/mood parameter settings.
Enable the AI voice feature, with voice characteristics tuned according to the AI's current personality and mood parameters.
Personalize your experience by allowing you to customize AI personas (13 available) by tweaking parameters like Humor, Dominance, Current Energy, Romantic, Anger, Kindness, and Intelligence, to create your desired AI friend or partner.
Process transactions for in-app purchases of credit packages and manage your credit balance, including initial free credits and referral bonuses.
Administer the referral program, allowing users to earn extra credits.
Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve the App's functionality, user experience, and identify popular AI personas or features.
Respond to your comments, questions, and provide customer support.
Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
Comply with legal obligations.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the circumstances described below or with your consent:

With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: AI model providers to generate responses, voice synthesis services to create AI voices, data analytics providers to understand app usage, payment processors (via app stores like Google Play or Apple App Store) for in-app purchases, and cloud hosting services for data storage and app operation. These service providers are obligated to protect your information and are not permitted to use your personal information for any other purpose beyond the services they provide to us.
For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if we are required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation; (b) protect and defend our rights or property; (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the App, or the public; or (d) protect against legal liability.
Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
